Self Improvement Goals

Goal setting is one of the secrets for achieving what we want in life. Without a goal we wonder aimlessly around not knowing which way we should headed to. The purpose of a goal then is to clearly define what and when we want something to happen, so that our dreams will come true. If you want a successful life, goal setting is definitely a skill that you need to master. Self Improvement Goals

A self improvement goal is one of the many goals that we human set in life. It is much more satisfying to experience success when it comes to self-improvement goal setting. Success almost certainly starts with setting a goal that clearly defines. However many set the goals and then do little about them, or lack of the know how to achieve them.

Here are 3 tips on how to set self improvement goals:

1) Writing down your goals and clearly defined them

Take for example, if losing weight were what we want for example, a clearly defined goal would include the number of pounds we desire to lose or the body measurement or dress size that we aim to target. It is a clearly defined goal that allows us to tell whether or not we have achieved our goal. If we leave a goal at I want to lose weight, we would never know when we have achieved the goal because there is no way to determine success or failure. Is a loss of two pounds enough to be considered success at losing weight or did we fail because it is not noticeable that we lost weight? A clearly defined goal such as: I will lose ten pounds by Christmas Day can be measured and success or failure determined in a definite manner. Self Improvement Goals

2) Set Realistic Goal

You will more likely be able to achieve your goal if you take the time to examine your goal and make it one that will be possible to achieve. An unrealistic goal, no matter how well defined is still going to be difficult to achieve.

3) Breaking down a big goal into smaller goals

There are many obstacles and challenges that a person could encounter on the way to setting a self-improvement goal including not knowing exactly what the goal is, or not knowing what it takes to achieve a goal, not being willing to focus on the goal on a daily basis, not being passionate about achieving the goal and also not being able to take the consistent action required to achieve a goal. Self Improvement Goals

Self Improvement Workshop

As adults we believe every child has the right to aspire to be the very best they can. We like our children to be happy, confident, enthusiastic and highly motivated to strive to their best potential!! We as parents, teachers, role models and councilors can often find it difficult to infuse theses elements into a child. For this reason we have motivational writers offering books to be read by children to implement these views. However some children do not enjoy reading or have the ability to read. In this case, they could benefit from an interactive workshop instead.

Having been enthused by the methods that are available to create self confidence in children, I came across Angela Buck and became interested in her ethos, the motive for her books and the benefits that her workshops bring to children everywhere. This article discusses the benefits of interactive workshops as a method used within a child’s development. I will relate this discussion to Angela Buck, her books and her beneficial workshops particularly. This is because my interest is in workshops for children with self-confidence issues. Through which I found Angela Buck, successfully transforms children with a lack in confidence with activities that inspire them to explore their hopes and dreams, to respect others and live in a world where anything is possible. Self Improvement Workshop

Angela Buck is the author of “The Magic Sunglasses” and founder of “The Magic Sunglasses Project”, she has a keen interest in how the right self development can increase self worth and really improve quality and enjoyment of life, especially in children. With this in mind, she has expanded this ethos through her book and is now developing even more interactive concepts for children worldwide. The Magic Sunglasses is a fun fantasy book for 7-9 yr olds. It is a touching story about a girl named Samantha, who finds some magic sunglasses which enables her to explore her dreams and her own specialties. These personal treasures she finds, then continues and develops without the use of the magic sunglasses. Making the readers intrigued to discover and cherish their own self worth.

For this message to reach as many children as possible Angela has devised a flexible interactive program to be used in schools and centre’s everywhere. Her aim is to spread her ethos globally. Whether it is a mud hut in Africa, a club in New York, a public school at Eton or a youth club in Hackney, Angela will deliver an inspiring workshop to motivate the new generation. The Workshop allows the ethos of The Magic Sunglasses to effectively bring out the message of positivity and inspirations to more intimate groups. By visiting individual classrooms for 20 to 30 minutes at a time she can tailor each presentation to a specific age level and effectively interact with the children in a more intimate environment. Self Improvement Workshop

Lenders are skittish these days and demanding more and more collateral sources from their business owners seeking loans. If you still want to seek out conventional sources for business loans, there is a way to get what you want: Put up more collateral. However, since this recession has taken a toll on the valuation or real estate, stocks, and other forms of traditional collateral, you may now have to think up alternative forms of collateral that you can offer. It may be surprising to find out that you can still find worth in business assets you may have otherwise overlooked.

Customer Lists

You’ve spent years and lots of money building up targeted customer lists that you use to generate revenue. Those lists are worth money to you, and also to someone else. They are an asset that can be easily sold and many banks now see them as an alternative form of collateral. Niched lists are very important to marketing and they are worth their weight in gold. If you’ve come a little short on collateral, but you have a great customer list you’ve developed, don’t be afraid to put it on the table. Just keep in mind that you don’t want to end up giving up personal information if you’ve given out a promise of confidentiality.

Trademarks

Company logs and trademarks eventually become very recognizable to the public. The more a trademark is associated with specific qualities and is easily recognizable it is, the more it is worth. As a form of intellectual property that needs to be defended and marketed, it literally becomes like cash in the bank if you every need to generate funds. In the case of offering it as collateral, you get to keep the use of the trademark and only lose the rights to it should you default on the loan.

Credit Card Receivables

Another form of collateral is future credit card receivables. Factoring companies will use your future sales to fund loans today. You will pay a premium for that service, but if you are a retail business that suffers seasonal cash flow problems, it can be a way to smooth out your business operations. The lesson is clear: When looking for alternative forms of collateral, you may actually have more to offer than you think.

True Self-Improvement, Overcoming Fear and the Special Nature of Adrenal Memories And Its Relationship To Understanding PTSD (Part One)

What is the essence of “self-improvement” really and how is it best achieved? This is a critical subject to develop an understanding of both for those of us earnestly trying to improve ourselves, and especially for any of us holding ourselves out to be ‘facilitators of self-improvement’ and self-improvement programs.

Please understand that by “improve ourselves” I mean genuine self-improvement. Hence, I am not referring to the ‘transitory things’ achieved by a ‘Big Name” charismatic speaker who may give a ’seminar’ where he or she lectures to several hundred people sitting in their seats in a large auditorium. And I ask you, are not most of those people primarily there just for the excitement of being ‘entertained’ anyway rather than out of an earnest drive for self-improvement?

There is a large portion of the self-improvement industry today that is providing people with only these superficial and temporary ‘feel good’ experiences and ‘entertainment’ rather than true and enduring self-improvement and genuine self-discovery.

Yet, I absolutely know from long experience that “true and enduring self-improvement’ can be achieved by well designed programs actually created for that end and which incorporates the specific psychological and physiological principles that I am going to try to illuminate here in this three part article.

We should first recognize that most people just want the “magic pill”

Or as my publisher laughingly once told me: “Peyton, what they really want is the Chocolate Cake Diet”.

But there is no ‘magic pill’. Real progress in personal self-improvement is never a passive activity either. Real self-improvement demands some measure of risk. True self-improvement must involve the facing and overcoming of some measure of adversity and most often that means overcoming some personal fear.

My professional and personal experience has shown me very clearly that virtually nothing of real and lasting value is ever achieved without both effort and personal risk. Not in love, not in business, and not in life in general either. But people cannot simply be ‘told this’ and then somehow magically ‘internalize’ this reality into their lives in a productive fashion. It just does not work that way since there truly is no ‘magic pill’.

People have to actually experience all of the ‘larger truths of life’ directly for themselves in order to incorporate that knowledge into their lives as a functional ‘tool for life’.

The correctly constructed and executed program can allow individuals to equip themselves with ‘new mental tools’ and ones which becomes a part of ‘who they are’ thenceforth.

Truly life-changing events occur for people when they face some risk and then conquer a fear. These beneficial, life changing and personally strengthening events do not occur when people stay within their ‘comfort zones’. The two concepts are mutually exclusive.

The morphology of the term ’seminar’ comes from the idea of “planting a seed”, the seed of an idea or of a new concept. I therefore do not deny that if a seminar is truly done well that it can be a beneficial experience for the attendant. However, the passive ’seminar’ is the format in which many, if not most, ’self-improvement’ type programs are delivered today.

But, there is another and far more powerful vehicle for self-improvement than the passive ’seminar’. Indeed, it is a vehicle and a training methodology that is so powerful that in my observation it can truly help foster legitimate personal self-actualization. It can redirect people’s lives and it can liberate them from their irrational fears.

Consequently, and by necessity that superior vehicle for self-improvement must involve the aforementioned concept of ‘effort and personal risk’ I am talking about truly ’stepping up to the plate’ of a real challenge. I do not simply mean sitting in an auditorium seat and being entertained and made to “feel good about yourself’ by a celebrated professional speaker. A professional speaker who has polished his act and talents for making the people laugh and ‘feel good’ about themselves at his or her seminars. Such a person is mostly a professional entertainer rather than a facilitator of self-improvement.

I am talking about something quite different from that. I am talking about self-improvement programs that allow one to recognize, experience and acknowledge and then face and overcome a real fear. This is the best and most effective type of self-improvement program there can ever be and its objective is almost always overcoming some type of self-limiting fear.

Now this type of ’self-improvement training’ does demand some courage and so I know it will thus never be as popular or as commercially rewarding as the passive ‘talk’ seminar. But please understand too that neither does the method I speak of mean taking any ‘fool hardy’ risks either. We don’t really have to go skydiving to overcome our fear of heights.

Indeed, the fact is that physiologically speaking there does not have to be any real danger at all in this dramatically effective self-improvement process. But the ‘body’ physiologically has to perceive that there is a danger and therefore there must be some experience of fear. Please think a moment on this question: How can we overcome any fear in any program unless we first experience that fear during that program?

Let me give you a specific example of such a program. Consider people who are self-limited because they have an irrational fear of flying on an aircraft.

Think how that would limit your life if you were too fearful to step aboard an airplane. If that were the case then you could not go to an airport and be in any city in the United States in a matter of hours or anywhere in the world in about a single 24-hour flight period. That fear of air travel could limit one’s career opportunities or attending a family members funeral or perhaps even meeting with a romantic interest.

So what’s the most effective way to get people who are ‘deathly afraid to fly’ to face and overcome that fear? That is to step on that airliner and take off and thus expand their lives?

I can tell you that on an important level I have found this, and conquering other fears, not so difficult to achieve really with most people. There has been the occasional ‘hard case’ but even they can generally be ‘fatigued’ out of their fear in time. Here is a short explanation of the process and it applies conceptually to a much larger range of different fears and phobias.

You must first allow the “fear of flying” people to discuss and identify their fears and in a group situation. Then you can discover if there is some special and personal reason why any individual fears air travel. But very importantly they also get to articulate that specific reason to the group. An example would be the death of parent or other significant person to them as a result of air travel.

In being in that group of persons that share this same fear of air travel they begin to feel less ‘estranged’ and more ‘normal’. This is important; as what it really means is that they are becoming better able to ‘accept themselves’ just as they accept and empathize with their classmates. You have thus already somewhat relieved an encumbrance on their personal self-image and you are bonding the group in a mutually supportive ‘team’ that shares a common goal. Now, and in small steps you then build on that first small success.

You give them the facts about airline safety of course. But their fear is not fully rational so you can’t simply ‘rationalize it away’ with these people at this point in time.

Yet all this ‘talk’ is just psychological preparation for the challenging ‘event’. It is something akin to wiping an alcohol pad over the skin before giving an injection.

Eventually (and actually fairly early on) you would have them sit in a realistic mock up of an airliner, or an actual airliner when that is available. Then we simulate as authentically as we are able the take off and landing with the sounds of the aircraft.

All the time they are being told exactly what they would be experience next if they were on a real aircraft preparing to, and then taking off. For example: “Ok people when the plane takes off it shakes and rattles a bit, well sometimes more than bit, you may feel it bump down the runway before lift off and you will hear a noise special to the jet engines revving up”. Then they all hear a hi-fidelity recording of that jet engine sound made from inside the passenger cabin of an actual commercial jet taking off.

As you might expect during these first few simulations sometimes a “fear of flying” person will get rather upset and fearful at this point. Occasionally if this behavior is severe enough then it is best for them (and the others in the group at that point in time) to excuse that person from the exercise. But they will always be welcomed back by the mutually supportive and bonded group as a whole and they will always complete their journey and they will pass through their fear of flying.

Realize that when they have achieved this victory over their long-standing fear it does much more for them than just allow them to fly on commercial airliners. It expands their sense of personal self worth. And it is directly from the strength of our personal self-image, that is our sense of personal self-worth that all else we achieve in our lives principally flows.

The final graduation exercise for the ‘fear of flying people’ is of course an actual plane flight. It is a very emotional and a very positively triumphant moment for all of them.

When the plane lands and they walk off they have a feeling of profound accomplishment and it is a quite justified one. They know and feel that too precisely because they have just so unquestionably validated it through their air flight. It is a deep feeling of personal accomplishment, I might even say an ‘awakening’ that they all have and one which they all share with one another.

This process does work to get people over their fear of flying in an aircraft. But consider this, as infants we are all only born with two natural fears. These are a fear of falling and a fear of loud noises. All of our other fears are learned! And so they can thus be ‘un-learned’ too!

Ok, most people do not have a disabling fear of flying on an aircraft. But fear is the greatest obstacle in our path towards advancing and securing any of our personal ‘life goals’. I would ask you to consider the absolute reality of that statement for few moments too.

There are two kinds of fears though, rational fears and irrational fears. Rational fears can ‘keep us alive’ and healthy so we do not want to ignore them In fact we ant to hone our perception of these rational feelings of danger. A simple example of a rational fear would be ‘look both ways before crossing the street’.

But irrational fears limit us. Irrational fears block us from actualizing our greater potential in life. In the next installment we look at one of the most widespread and self-limiting fears of all, the “fear of personal rejection”, and in this example we look at this fear in the context of the quest to both give and revive love. (you can read the entire article at our website)

Making the decision to improve yourself is like opening a savings account that will appreciate for the rest of your life. Have you ever imagined what you might do when you grow old? The talents and hobbies you develop now will be there for you forever and will shape the life you have in your retirement. Growing old can be the best part of your entire life if you have a lot of talents and experiences that you can fall back on that will make you a more interesting and active person. Self improvement also brings the result of happiness into your life now when you consider improvements like exercise, yoga and meditation. These are improvements that can bring about a higher quality of life today and put you in touch with other people in a way you never thought possible.

Let’s look at just a few of the possibilities available to people who want to take life by the horns and start to improve themselves. Just taking up a new career or a new part-time job can be a great place to start. If you don’t like the job you are in, you can look to improve yourself by finding a career or a job that is different, with new people and a new set of challenges that you may have never thought of before. Some people choose to remain in their present jobs but are simply looking for a way to fill the spare time that they have on the weekends or once a week in the evenings. They may join a drawing class or a painting class. They may take up a hobby on their own if they are disciplined enough to stick with it or they may simply start to take an evening stroll on the weekdays in order to improve their state of mind. There are literally thousands of things you can decide to do in order to improve yourself and it doesn’t have to be complicated or especially challenging if you are just looking for a slight change for the better.

If you are stuck in a rut and feeling that your life is passing you by, set yourself to write down two or three things that you really would like to improve about yourself and then design a calendar with each of these goals represented on each day of the week. Make some little boxes for yourself that you have marked onto the calendar and make a point of marking the boxes with an “X” each day that you complete the small challenge that you had in mind for yourself. Watch and see if you actually fill in every box for the week and then make a decision to increase the number of improvements in your life after you have proven your determination over a few weeks. Looking back over your calendar, you will be amazed at all the things you have improved just in a matter of two or three weeks and you will begin to have some new ideas of other things you would like to improve about yourself. You may find that, after a month or two, your calendar has become quite an elaborate tool for determining the things you want to improve in your life and the challenges that you intend to face in the coming months. You may be surprised to see that you have encountered many new people and places that you never would have encountered if you hadn’t started this calendar in the first place.

A daily calendar can be a great way to keep an inventory of what you have accomplished in recent weeks and things that you hope to achieve in the future. It’s impossible to maintain a certain level of observation about your life if you only live from day to day. Your life eventually slips into a mediocre rut where you are no longer doing anything good with your time but only getting up and going through the motions as if there were really no purpose to life. Self improvement can be made by simply paying more attention to what you are spending your time doing. A calendar is the perfect tool for this because it allows you to return to your central focus point each and every day and to occasionally contemplate the things that are really important to you and the things that you want to achieve in life. It only takes a little bit of extra effort and some determination and you will be on the road to self improvement in no time. There’s no better time than the present to sit down and start making that calendar now. It may be the best decision you ever made!

If you’ve found this self improvement article it’s a fair bet that it’s because not everything in your life is exactly as you would like it. You’re asking yourself if a self improvement program is the answer. It might well be. Are you ready to change “hope” for a series of practical steps? Are you ready to change “wish” for positive action? Or have you heard all this before and you’re thoroughly fed up with it?

One of the stumbling blocks many people have with getting to grips with a personal self improvement plan is that they’re worried it’s a lot of mumbo-jumbo. There’s a lot of “all you have to do is think it and it will be so”, “smile all the time at everything”, a lot of near-religious fervor about some aspects of self improvement that people understandably shy away from. People are also afraid their friends will laugh at them. In the early days it seems that it’s almost as important to a lot of people as their own success.

Which is a shame because a sensible, practical self improvement program can make very positive changes to your life in many areas. Feeling better about yourself means you have a more positive appearance to others. Personal and work relationships can improve and new possibilities open up all over the place.

Some of your friends might laugh. Actually, if they’re really your friends they won’t laugh – but still they might talk about you behind your back. It’s unfortunate, it can be painful, but it’s probably fear. Not yours, theirs.

The heart of the matter could be that they’re just plain scared. Scared that your self improvement program will bring you the successes you are looking for and that you will leave them behind. Scared that you’ll actually get where you want to go and scared because they’re not determined or strong enough to do it themselves.

Look, if all your friends are rich, happy, successful, well-adjusted individuals you should definitely listen to them – but I’m guessing not! If not, what do they have to teach you?

It’s not always easy to change habits that have been with you for years. It’s not always easy to let go of comfortable mediocrity. It’s very sociable to chew over our problems with friends and moan about this and that.

The decision you have to make is whether you are happy where you are and if not, what you are going to do about it. There’s all kind of help available but it starts with you.

Depending on your line of work, you may be called upon to give a stress management presentation or organize a workshop. Usually, the person who gives a stress management workshop is a public speaker, physician, counselor, or Yoga teacher.

Who should be the speaker in a stress management seminar or workshop? You are looking for someone who is outgoing, knowledgeable, full of positive energy, works well with the public, and can communicate clearly. This same person should be able to give solutions to stress reduction “off the top of his or her head.”

Depending upon your familiarity with stress management, time for preparation, and how comfortable you are with giving a presentation, you may be the best qualified person for the task. Public speaking challenges are many, but all are manageable. Each component of a presentation can be prepared and refined, until you have a “masterpiece.” When you have given a few stress management presentations, you can refine any components that are “weak.” You will know what parts of a presentation are weak by the reactions of your audience.

Research and identify with the line of work. As an example: Health care workers, customer service, and manufacturers, each experience stress, but their jobs create unique stress situations. With this in mind, make yourself familiar with the every day stress situations that go with the particular jobs in your audience.

Preparation and research are part of every presentation, but after your first presentation on stress management, you will have a template to build on, improve, and constantly revise. You should speak in terms that will be familiar to your specific audience. For example: As collective groups, health care workers, teachers, and customer service representatives, have their own interests and jargon.

You will want to provoke interest, understanding, and participation. At the same time, you want your specific audience to respond favorably. You must also anticipate reaction to your presentation. Therefore, make sure that your points are reasonable and have credible resources; you will receive a favorable reaction from your target audience.

Your speaking voice can be worked for projection, clarity, and pitch. Many people are unhappy to hear the sound of their speaking voice played back through a recording device, but most of us can work our unique voice to get the most out of it. By using a mirror, audio recorder, digital recorder, or video recorder, you can get the most out of your voice.

It has been proven beyond any shadow of a doubt that the Internet is one of the most versatile and productive tools in the hands of the right entrepreneur. Are you the right entrepreneur? What is a “right” entrepreneur? How do you classify entrepreneurs? What are the entrepreneurial business opportunities available that can make cash online?

The right entrepreneur is that who knows to translate his or her passion into a lucrative business without listening to any contradictory opinion. The right entrepreneur believes that if you push it hard enough

anything would move to a better position. The right entrepreneur also knows his or her weaknesses and strengths and uses them appropriately to make cash online with any type of business. If you look hard enough for entrepreneur business opportunities you will find plenty of choices both online and offline. In fact, the Net itself will showcase for you a huge

database of resources eagerly inviting you to join in their midst.

The best way to choose one from among the million and one entrepreneur business opportunities listed temptingly on the Internet is when the particular business would make you tingle with joy. The best entrepreneur business opportunities are not just means to earn cash online, but also an excellent way to refresh you mind. Choose wisely or the business would claim a major part of your time and finances and

offer you no extra benefit.

Two things can and should drive your efforts in choosing the right entrepreneur business opportunities. In order to be successful you can

choose anything under the sky provided that, (1) you should be passionate about it, and (2) the amount of finances required for the business would be just okay for you.

Passion is something that comes right from inside and keeps you going even when the whole world seems to be against you. There would always be a time when you would feel like throwing in the towel due to various

reasons. An entrepreneur is not afraid of challenges and obstacles; they are self-confident and single-minded in their approach to reach their goals even when they walk on an unbeaten path.

Very often the budget is the make or break factor. Usually, you should look for those business entrepreneur business opportunities that have high potential of growth, with the least of investment. If it is the other way around, then your efforts might not be worth it. The entrepreneur needs to have great business acumen and know when to invest further and when to pull out of modify their efforts.

There are plenty of the entrepreneur business opportunities to choose from, provided you already know what you wanted and are willing to see it done no matter what. Leverage your passion and expertise as a guide in finding that particular business. The acid test would be when you start to work and you find it more a pleasure than work. In this way you would not only earn cash online, but also gain excellent insights about the business.

Everything that happens to us happens on purpose. And most times, one thing leads to another. Instead of locking yourself up in your cage of fears and crying over past heartaches, embarrassment and failures treat them as your teachers and they will become your tools in both self improvement and success.

Say this to yourself … better yet, print it out and post it in a place where you will see it throughout your daily routine:

I Never See Failure As Failure But Only As:

- A learning experience!

- The negative feedback I need to change the course of my direction!

- The opportunity to develop my sense of humor!

- The opportunity to practice my technique and improve my performance!

- THE GAME I MUST PLAY TO WIN!

I remember watching Patch Adams. It’s a great film that will help you improve yourself. Hunter “Patch” Adams is a medical student who failed to make it through the board exams. After months of suffering in melancholy, depression and suicidal attempts – he decided to seek medical attention and voluntarily admitted himself in a psychiatric ward.

His months of stay in the hospital led him to meeting different kinds of people. He met a catatonic, a mentally retarded person, a schizophrenic and so on. Patch found ways of treating his own ailment and finally realizes he has to get back on track. He woke up one morning realizing that after all the failure and pains he has gone through, he still wants to become a doctor.

He carries with himself a positive attitude that brought him self improvement and success. He didn’t only improved himself, but also the lives of the people around him and the quality of life in general. Did he succeed? Absolutely!

So, when does self improvement become synonymous with success? Where do we start?

*Stop thinking and feeling as if you’re a failure, because you’re not. How can others accept you if you can’t accept yourself?

*When you see gorgeous models on TV, think more of self improvement, not self pity. That isn’t reality anyway! Self acceptance is not just about having nice slender legs, or great abs. Concentrate on inner beauty.

*When people feel down and low about themselves, help them move up. Don’t go down with them. They’ll pull you down further and both of you will end up feeling inferior.

*Mistakes are a great way to learn lessons. Don’t feel stupid and doomed forever just because you failed on your attempt to achieve something. There’s always a next time. Make room for self improvement.

*Take things one at a time. Don’t expect a black sheep to be renewed in the snap of a finger. Self improvement is a one day at a time process.

*Self improvement results in inner stability, personality development and SUCCESS. It comes from self confidence, self appreciation, self esteem and hard work.

* Set meaningful and achievable goals. If your goals are too far out of whack you will never reach them! Setting attainable goals is one of the keys to success.

*Little things to us may mean BIG things to other people. Sometimes, we don’t realize that the little things that we do like a pat on the back, saying “hi” or “hello”, greeting someone “good day” or telling Mr. Smith something like “hey, I love your tie!” are simple things that mean so much to other people. When we’re being appreciative about beautiful things around us and other people, we also become beautiful to them.

*When you’re willing to accept change and go through the process of self improvement, it doesn’t mean that everyone else is doing the same thing. The world is filled with people of different values and attitudes. Sometimes, even if you think you and your best friend always like to do the same thing together at the same time, he/she may decline an invitation for self improvement.

You should always remember that there’s no such thing as “over night success.” If it was easy, wouldn’t everyone be doing it? It’s a wonderful feeling to hold on to the things that you already have in your possession, but realize that those are just some of the things you once wished for.

A very nice quote says that “When the student is ready, the teacher will appear.” We are all here to learn our lessons. Our parents, school teachers, friends, colleagues, officemates, neighbors … they are our teachers. When we open our doors for self improvement, we increase our chances on the road of success.
